Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

All packages are shipped with MyParcel (PostNL).
Estimated Delivery Times

Tracking
Every order includes a track & trace code.
You will receive your tracking link as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns & Exchanges

Books with reading damage, stains, folds, or personal wear cannot be refunded.

Include your order number and the reason for return.
You will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take 3–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
